Its aroma has both uplifting & calming effects which are ideal to soothe the fear & anxiety that can manifest when vata goes out of balance. Palo santo cleanses the energetics of the subtle body, cultivates equanimity & helps prana, or life force energy, flow harmoniously.

Vetiver

Also known as ruh khus, vetiver essential oil is sourced from the roots of the vetiver plant. It has a smooth, earthy, heavy aroma & the oil itself is unctuous & golden in color. Vetiver is known as the “Oil of Tranquility” thanks to its stabilizing, nourishing effects on the nervous system.
