Shipping & Returns


Free Ground shipping on all orders of products being delivered within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories. Standard USPS or FedEx shipping rates, based on weight and service selected, will be applied to orders being shipped to territories outside the contiguous states which is under control by the United States.

After placing your order, please allow for up to 2 business days for processing, prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been released to our warehouse for processing.

After your order has been shipped, depending on your selected ship method and delivery address, you can then expect to receive your order within:

  • USPS First Class Mail: 1-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • FedEx Ground: 2-5 business days
  • FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx 3 Day: 3 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: 1 business day

Shipping FAQs

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, not at this time. If you’d like to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each one.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

No, changes cannot be made to an order once it’s been submitted.

  • What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?

Quality and customer satisfaction are our primary concerns. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can accept returns for up to 30 days after your order date (less the cost of shipping) if it the item is new, unused, and in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned to welleum for a refund:

Items not purchased on welleum.com**
Items purchased on final sale
Used items or items without original packaging intact
Items without receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned without a return authorization number
International orders or items used outside of the US or Canada

To return an item, please email contact@welleum.com with your order number and items to be returned. You will then receive a return authorization number with instructions, as well as a prepaid shipping label.

Once your item is received and inspected by our Customer Care Team, your claim will be processed and a credit or refund will be issued for the value of the products (less an $12 return shipping fee), within 7 to 14 business days.

*Please note: We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Instead, you may request a return for your original item(s) and then place a new order on our site.
